- How does metered billing work?
- Each plan includes a set number of requests per month. Usage beyond that is billed at the per-request rate for your tier. You only pay for what you use above the included amount.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. Upgrades are immediate and you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What happens when I exceed my included requests?
- On paid plans, overage is billed per-request at your tier rate — your service is never interrupted. On the Free plan, there is a hard cap at 10,000 requests.
- Do you offer annual pricing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves approximately 17% on Starter, Growth, and Scale plans. Contact sales for annual Enterprise agreements.
- What if I need more than 500,000 requests per month?
